
Prove, a phone-centric identity authentication platform, has acquired MEDICI Global, an insights and advisory platform for FinTech industry.
The financial details of the transaction were not divulged.
The move will provide Prove’s customers with country-specific KYC and authentication regulatory advisory services.
The customers will also receive access to MEDICI’s Inner Circle to remain updated with the changing landscape in digital identity, KYC, RegTech, and FinTech.
Additionally, the acquisition is expected to fuel Prove’s expansion in high-growth markets.
