Philippine Savings Bank (PSB has launched a prepaid
MasterCard.
The bank will charge PHP10 ($.0.23) when the card is topped up,
a fee which is waived if the credit is applied online..
PSB will require customers to make an opening credit of PHP500
to issue the prepaid card and has set a monthly top-up limit of
PHP100,000.
Prepaid customers will not require to open a PSB bank
account.
In a separate announcement, the bank said it would add 20
branches to its existing network of 180 this year.
