PSCU, a credit union service organisation based in St. Petersburg, Florida, has established a new company and a cloud-based digital banking platform, Lumin Digital, to help credit unions compete with big banks.

The platform will offers credit unions access to a range of PSCU platforms and services including card services, data analytics, and call centre support.

Built over the past 16 months, the digital banking platform is designed to boost credit unions’ member engagement; provide data-driven insights and predictions.

It will also enable them to offer customised experiences; improve measurable outcomes; and ultimately boost revenue, the company said.

PSCU president and CEO Chuck Fagan said: “With the advancement of technologies and increasing digital adoption, we’re excited to launch a digital banking platform that provides our Owners with a robust, tightly integrated solution to expand relationships with their members and rival digital experiences available from larger banks.”

“Through action-based and real-time delivery capabilities, credit unions can take their financial service offerings and seamless member service experience to a new level by developing deeper connections with their members through this new digital offering.”
