Putnam-Greene Financial, a US-based bank holding company, has chosen a complete range of Fiserv solutions to simplify its vendor management and provide a better, more consistent customer experience.
Under the terms of the agreement, the bank has selected the Precision core account processing platform from Fiserv and, for the first time, is migrating to an outsourced account processing model.

Additionally, the bank will deploy a host of Fiserv’s solutions, such as Retail Online and Business Online, for consumer and business online banking.
Furthermore, the lender will implement CheckFree RXP and CheckFree Small Business for consumer and business bill pay and several item processing and EFT solutions.
Fiserv stated that the integration among these different systems would accelerate the processes and systematise workflows throughout the four chartered banks.
