Dutch lender Rabobank has teamed up with Norwegian technology provider Signicat to launch a digital identity service for businesses.

The new Digital Identity Service Provider (DISP) will offer online login, identity, signature and archiving solutions under the Rabo eBusiness banner.

Rabo eBusiness services will support onboarding new customers, signing contracts digitally and offering a dashboard for invoices or expense claims.

The service will be initially aimed at financial services providers, energy, telecom and insurance companies, as well as healthcare institutions.

The platform has been designed to incorporate new market demands and additional services, Rabobank said.

Signicat said that its partnership with Rabobank was an effort to expand presence in the Dutch market.
