Boston-based Santander Bank has chosen Docutech’s ConformX platform to improve efficiency of loan processing and automate document generation.
The vendor said that its software will reduce the cost of maintaining compliance and facilitate electronic transmission of loan packages to clients.
The platform has been integrated with the bank’s existing loan origination software (LOS) in less than five months.
The technology is also being included as part of the lender’s forthcoming migration to Black Knight’s premier LOS known as Empower.
Santander Bank chief information officer Joseph Monk said: “ConformX ensures that Santander is complying with all applicable regulatory requirements while helping us deliver a superior customer experience to our clients.
“By generating compliant mortgage loan documents locally, we will be able to deliver them to our customers quickly, securely and electronically, providing them with the added convenience of being able to review them anytime and anywhere.”
