Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) has chosen software company BWise to deliver a platform to support their governance, risk management and compliance initiatives (GRC).

BWise, which has offices in the US, UK, France, Germany, Thailand, the Netherlands and South Africa, is a dedicated GRC software provider. BWise will work on integrating SCB’s initiatives on internal audit, risk management, compliance and business continuity management.

Dr Ellen Nora Ryan, head of market and operational risk at SCB, said: "With its strong expertise, we believe BWise will be able to provide a truly integrated, out-of-the-box but very flexible platform which can be configured to fit our specific needs and to also enhance our Internal Audit, Risk Management, Compliance and Business Continuity Management platform efficiency."
