Suriname-based Finabank has selected Temenos’ banking technology solutions in a bid to strengthen its business, retail and platinum banking services.

Finabank has signed to deploy Temenos T24 Core Banking system as well as other suites including Channels, Business Intelligence and Financial Crime Mitigation.

The deployment of Temenos’ technology is expected to support Finabank’s growth and help it to provide better services to its customers.

The usage of Temenos solutions will provide the bank with a user-friendly intuitive customer interaction design, help to cater to its multi-lingual customer base as well as give an insight into customer data.

Equipped with a flexible architecture, the solutions allow necessary customisation and integration to fulfil bank’s requirements.

Multiple security features including role-based authorisation and the use of biometrics for customer and user identification will also be implemented to secure bank’s data.

Finabank will also have access to multiple Temenos’ fully automated and effective analytical modules that will assist to identify the chances of a financial crime.
