UK bank TSB, which split from Lloyds in 2013, has been named the worst bank in terms of customer service in a survey of 9000 people led by MoneySavingExpert.com.
Only 37% of TSB customers surveyed rated service as "great", whilst 20% said it was poor.
First Direct ranked at top, with 92% of customers rating service as "great". The telephone and internet based bank has won every one of the annual polls since their inception in 2008.
Santander came in second with 72% of customers voting service as "great" whilst Co-op came in third despite generating many negative headlines over the past year.
TSB CEO Paul Pester said: "Given what we had to put our customers through last year to create TSB, and given the well-publicised failure in Lloyds Banking Group’s systems which affected our customers I’m not surprised some customers are upset: I would be".
Lloyds fared slightly better in the poll, coming in ninth.
