UK-based Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has partnered with software provider MatsSoft to upgrade its digital infrastructure.
Under the collaboration, HTB will utilise MatsSoft Low-code platform, which comes with a full-suite of applications, to optimise business processes.
The solution will integrate the bank’s systems, handle workflow as well as assist in credit checks and other financial calculations.
The deployment is expected to improve customer experiences, and help in achieving quality and compliance for the bank.
Additionally, it will simplify integration for API services and data integration.
HTB chief information officer Russ Fitzgerald said: “HTB is committed to leveraging innovative technology to enhance operational efficiency and service to its brokers and customers. This recent partnership with MatsSoft is evidence of our dedication to that approach.
