Westfield Bank has selected nCino Bank Operating System in a bid to streamline banking processes.
The move is aligned with the lender’s digital transformation strategy. It is also expected to help the bank employees to better cater to customer requirements.
Westfield Bank will replace several systems and manual process with nCino’s cloud-based solution for lending, on-boarding and deposits.
It will facilitate all conventional banking processes including customer on-boarding, deposit account opening, loan origination, underwriting and portfolio management.
Furthermore, nCino’s Customer Portal feature will enable Westfield Bank’s customers to complete documentation through a digital platform. The platform will also enable them to directly interact with bank employees.
Westfield Bank executive vice-president and chief operating officer Matt Berthold said: “Technology is vital to achieving our business objectives and providing a superior level of customer service. nCino is built by bankers, for bankers, and that really resonated with us.

Recently, South State Bank, another US-based lender, selected nCino Bank Operating System to drive efficiency.
