Yorkshire Building Society has announced it will implement nCino’s Bank Operating System to welcome in a modern, cloud-based system to make faster decisions and provide funding quickly to its customers.

The nCino Bank Operating System is a cloud-based solution built on the Salesforce.com platform. The system gives greater insight to the bank through an end-to-end solution that combines customer relationship management, loan origination, account opening, workflow, enterprise content management, business process management, digital engagement and instant reporting.
The Bank Operating System will reduce paperwork and automate manual tasks, enabling a more seamless operating experience for both employees and customers of Yorkshire Building Society.
